Potato Cheddar Perogies

- Filling
- 3 cups peeled and diced Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- coarse salt and ground black pepper
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 cup finely grated Cheddar cheese (optional)

- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons fine salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup 2 % milk
- 3/4 cup water

Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs

This recipe has so much rich flavour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

- 1 tsp salt

- 3/4 pound regular ground pork

Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss pumpkin, kumara and parsnips in a bowl with oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper
- 1/4 pumpkin, cut into smallish wedges
- 2 kumara, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 parsnips, peeled and quartered lengthways
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
