Pan Grilled Salmon

Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey in bowl
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 (1 lb) salmon fillet, thawed if frozen
- copped green onions (optional)

- 1 box Betty Crocker or Dunkin Hines box cake mix
- Water
- Vegetable oil
- Eggs called for in cake mix directions
- 24 flat bottom ice cream cones
- 1 container rich and creamy or whipped frosting any flavor
Flounder Almandine

Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper
- 2 lbs. fresh flounder fillets
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Icebox Cake

Prepare pudding according to package instructions
- 1-4 oz. box vanilla pudding
- 1-4 oz. box chocolate pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 3 bananas, sliced
- Graham crackers
Escarole and Beans

In saucepan place chicken broth and escarole, bring to a boil and simmer for an hour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 large head escarole (well washed and coarsely cut)
- olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can cannellini beans
- bay leaves, cut up
Braciola Stuffed

Mix everything together with milk and make a paste Lay out Braciola, then put prosciutto, then paste, then egg
- 8 slices Braciola
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 2 cups Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons arugula - chopped
- Handful all Italian Seasoning
- 2 Hardboiled Eggs
- 8 slices Prosciutto

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Turkey - BRINE

Defrosting in a refrigerator - you will need to allow 24 hours for every 5 lbs
- Brining Turkey
- 1-20.8 ounce package of Turkey Perfect Her Brining Mix
- 1-10 to 25 pound turkey, thawed
- 3 quarts water
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 5 quarts ice water
- 1 brining bag or ice chest
