Soft Flour Tortillas

1) Combine all the ingredients, then beat at high speed for about 1 minute to make a soft, slightly sticky dough
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sustagrain® barley flour*
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- *Substitute 1/2 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, if desired
