- 1 pack Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
- 3 heaping T cornstarch
- 4 t chicken bouillon granules
- 3 1/2 - 4 cups chicken broth

- 1/2 t celery salt

- 5 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- juice and grated rind of 1 orange
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup nuts

- 3 whole chicken breasts
- 2 packages frozen broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t curry
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese

Poultry: Mom's Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Cook chicken and rice
- 5 lbs chicken cooks and cut up
- 2 packages long grain wild rice with seasoning
- 1 pound hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large dutch oven
- 2 large wild ducks
- 3 stalks celery cut into 2 " pieces
- 1 onion cut in halves
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 6 oz package cooked wild rice
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Mrs. Tomlinson's Chex Mix

Put mix in pans and pour liquid mixture evenly on top
- DRY SALAD
- 1 box thin pretzels
- 1 box rice Chex
- 1 box wheat chex
- 8 oz nuts
- SHAKE THIS TOGETHER
- MELTED MIXTURE
- melt 3 sticks butter
- 4 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 t garlic salt
- 3 t celery salt
- 1 t onion salt
- PUT IN PAN AND MELT TOGETHER.

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup organic cane sugar, powdered
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup pecan, finely chopped
- 1 cup non-dairy butter, softened (earth balance buttery spread)
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t almond extract
- extra powdered sugar for rolling

- 1/3 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 4 t salt
- 1/2 pound fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 cups all purpose flour
