FRUIT PIZZA

A dessert pizza made with a cookie dough crust!
- 1 (14-inch) pizza pan
- 1 (12-oz. roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, oranges, cherries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
CRANBERRY PORK ROAST

Pork loin roast flavored with cranberry and mustard
- 1 3-lb. lean boneless pork loin roast
- 1 16-oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water

- 8 oz. medium egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 5 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 4 oz. margarine or butter
- 1 / cup crushed corn flakes
ORANGE BRAN FLAX MUFFINS

A very healthy and very tasty muffin!
- 1 1/2 cups oat bran
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup flaxseed, ground
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 oranges, quartered and seeded
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
ITALIAN VEGETABLE SOUP

Serve with grated parmesan on top fo extra flavor
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium carrots, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 rib celery, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium tomatoes (about 1 lb.) OR 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 2 cartons (32 oz. each) fat-free chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 can (16 oz.) white beans, such as cannellini or great northern, rinsed & drained
- 1 can (16-oz.) red or black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
