Chocolate Babka

- DOUGH:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces and softened
- Cooking spray
- FILLING:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- STREUSEL:
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened

- 1 c. textured vegetable protein (TVP)
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. oats
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter or tahini
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Coconut Avocado Cookies

My version of a cookie with avocado hidden in it
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cauliflower Sauce

Steam cauliflower until soft
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
- salt and pepper

- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup lowfat yogurt, sour cream, buttermilk or sour milk

- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- Pie filling -- the sky is the limit. Bacon, ham, broccoli, onion, tomato, cheese, sausage, mushrooms, asparagus, etc.
