Preheat oven to 350. Poach scallops in boiling water for 2 minutes
- 1 lb scallops
- 3 tblsp butter

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 box frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tblsp Old Bay seasoning
Easy Baked Fish and Chips

Preheat oven to 400. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges

- 1 pouch of SHAKE'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Beach Shrimp

This can be made in a large disposable roasting pan and can be eaten right out of the pan
- 3 lb frozen peeled, large raw shrimp, thawed.
- 1 16 oz bottle Italian dressing

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Pot Roast

Crockpot Dressing
