- 1 t vanilla essens

- 1/4 t surlemoensap

- rooi kleursel

- 1 E hoogvol gelatien opgelos in 1/4K warm water (LW gooi gelatien bo-op water, roer tot gesmelt)

- 250 ml suiker
- 500 ml meel
- 150 ml kakao
- 5 ml bakpoeier
- 1 ml sout
- 125 ml kookwater
- 500 ml klapper
- 200 g sjokolade

- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup uncooked pre-rinsed quinoa
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries work well)
- 1/4 cup natural creamy almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
Cranberry Choc Biscotti

- 3 cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)
- 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
