1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 Cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup marshmallow cream

- 1 very ripe banana (I didn’t even bother cutting it up – the mixer did a good job pulverizing it)

- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

To make the crust 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the crust:
- 32 Oreo cookies, finely processed into crumbs
- 5 1/3 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- Small pinch of salt
- For the crunch:
- 1 1/4 cups salted peanuts, finely chopped, divided (for the filling, crunch and topping)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. espresso powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- For the filling:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 2 tbsp. whole milk
- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Banana Fritters

1. Mash bananas into pulp (I used a potato masher)
- 8-9 medium ripe bananas (those with blackened skin are perfect)
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Oil for frying
