- SOUR CREAM DOUGH:
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoons plus 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick) melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
CHUNKY POTATO SOUP

- 3 medium red potatoes

- The pastry can be made up to 3 months ahead and frozen. The pie can be baked up to 4 days before serving. Cover when cool and refrigerate.
