Stuffed Cabbage Soup

- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can tomato sauce

- 3/4 c. rice
Kraut Struedel

Soften yeast in water, add crisco, sugar and eggs, four cups of flour
- Dough Recipe:
- 2 1/2 lbs. of ground beef
- 1 large can of sauerkraut, rinsed nd drained dry
- Grated cheese
- 2 packages of dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup softened shortening
- 8-8 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
Hawaiian Dessert

Heat oven to 350. Mix cake batter according to package directions
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 3 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can crushed pineapple well drained
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 2 cups flaked coconut, toasted
L H Inn Dressing

- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup onion flakes
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic

- 1 tsp. dry mutard
- 3/4 cup sugar
Lemonade
