Laura Nell's Salad

Mix all ingredients when ready to serve
- Dressing:
- 3 Heads of Roamine Lettuce, cut
- 4 green onions
- Small head of broccoli, cut small
- Mix and refrigerate
- 1 pack ramen noodles crushed
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 stick of butter
- Melt butter and brown noodles and nuts
- 1 cup light olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- Make night before and refigerate

- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tbs worcestershire sauce

- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 can pork & beans
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Toll House Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 Combine flour, soda and salt in a small bowl
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp.vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 Form a small ball of dough in your hands and drop on cookie sheet flatten
- Cream:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- Add:
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbs. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
- Sift:
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
