- 1 can Eagle brand milk
- 1 can E.D. Smith pie filling
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
Cheesecake - Christine's

Combine ingredients for base and spread into springform pan
- 4 X 8oz cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c graham crumbs
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter
BBQ Spare Ribs

Pre- cook ribs for 30 minutes on low heat in oven (325 F) BBQ continually basting ribs with the sauce
- Saute till brown:
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 T margarine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Add and simmer for 20 min:
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T worcestershire
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 t salt, pepper
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1 t chilli powder
Jambalaya

Saute onions, mushrooms, celery & garlic with 1/4 stick butter
- 2 c cooked chicken/sausage
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 onion choped
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms/1 can
- 1 c raw rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream mushroom soup

- 2 c flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c butter

Cook brown beef, onion and garlic
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1/2 c macaroni
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes with juices
- 1 8 oz. kidney beans
- 1 can corn; beans
- worchestshire sauce/Maggie to taste
Moroccan Tomato Soup

In a slow cooker combine onions, garlic, sugar and spices
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne (I use 1/2 tsp)
- 1 can (796 ml) tomatoes
- 2 c water
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3/4 c smooth peanut butter
Peanut Satay

Mix together in shallow casserole dish Place strips of chicken in marinate Thread onto skewers and broil on BB
- 3 c coconut milk
- 2 T hoi sin sauce
- 2 T peanut butter
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T chopped ginger
- 1 T hot pepper sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c green onions
- chili peppers (optional)
