Overnight Cheeseburger Lasagne

- 1 ½ lb hamburger
- 1 Tbsp beef stock (powder)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cup water
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 15 oz tub ricotta cheese (Cottage cheese works well)
- 1 C Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese, grated
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp of dried parsley (I’ve been using
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- ½ C Cheddar, grated
- ½ C Mozzarella
- 1 medium tomato
- dill pickle slices
Instant Pot Dump Cake

- 20 oz can pie filling
- 2 cups cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Rhubarb and Pineapple Jam

- 1 cup hot water

- 1 1/2 cups pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- chocolate candy coating (or 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips plus 1 tablespoon shortening)

- 4 cups fruit (can use strawberries and rhubarb, or just strawberries)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- 2 large eggs plus 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- Whipping Cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest, plus 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 8 large egg yolks (egg whites reserved for another use)
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter (10 tablespoons), cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon rind
