Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

This was my moms recipe and they were very good
- 2 2 2 heads of cabbage
- 2 2 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 3 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1 1 1 tsp garlic
- 1 1 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 2 2 slices diced onion
- 1 1 oz. can 1 -15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1-28 1-28 can 1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup tomato sauce (in meat)
- to & Pepper to taste
No-Bake Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars

Line a 13 X 9 inch baking pan with foil leaving an overhang on two sides
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter, divided
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter,softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 4 cups (roughly 1/2 inch pieces),broken small pretzel twists, divided
- 2 cups (12 oz. pkg.)Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided.

Brown onion and garlic in oil
- Sauce:
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbl. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean (7% fat) ground beef
- 2 14 oz. cans Italian tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 bay leaves
- Lasagne:
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. whole mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Ham Gravy

Into the pan that the ham was cooked in (or use bacon grease if you don't have ham juices), add the butter
- Ham cooking juices
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, more or less to taste
- 4 to 6 cups whole milk
- Salt and ground pepper
- Biscuits, for serving
BLOODY MARY CHILI

For serving celery sticks, carrot sticks, rance dressing and tortgilla chips
- Olive oil for sauteing
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 15 oz. Bloody Mary mix, plus more if needed
- 1/4 cup vodka, optional
- 1 tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
- Several dashes Tabasco,or to taste
- Several dashes of Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- 1 915 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
Green Goddess Dip

Our cool, creamy dip whips up in just minutes with sour cream, mayo and lots of flavorful fresh herbs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mixed chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives,and dill.
- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsl. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature.
- Assorted vegetables, crackers or chips.

- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup Skippy Creamy or Chunky peanut butter
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Mazola margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
