Corn Soup with Shrimp

Saute shrimp with all seasonings
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
- 2 pounds raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 3 (17 oz) cans cream style corn
- 3 (17 oz) cans whole kernel corn
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 6 cans water, use whole kernel corn cans
Corn Stew

Slice sausage and fry. Remove from pan
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- rice
Crab Dip

In 3 quart casserole, put oleo, onion, and celery
- 1 block oleo
- 1 cup onion chopped fine
- 1/2 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- dash garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pound white lump crabmeat
Crab Meat Dip

Blend all ingredients together and serve
- 1 package imitation crab meat
- 1 (8 oz) low fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
- onion chopped fine
- bell pepper chopped fine
- parsley chopped fine
- DeWitts Seasoning
Crabmeat Soup

Saute onions in butter. Add in everything else
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 pound lump or claw crabmeat
- 1 stick butter okay to use 1/2
- 6 green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Zatarain's liquid crab boil
- 2 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pint half and half okay to use milk
Cranberry Orange Jell-O

Combine cranberries, nuts, and orange (orange rind and all) in grinder
- 1/2 pound cranberries
- 1 medium orange
- 3/4 cup nuts
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 orange Jell-O with 1 cup water
- 1 unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup water
Crawfish Bisque

Pick crawfish and wash. Be sure that all crawfish are alive when picking them for cooking
- 20 pounds live crawfish
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 large bell pepper chopped
- 2 large onions chopped
- 4 1/2 cups boiling water
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons red pepper or 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped fine
- 1/2 cup green onion tops chopped fine

- 6 cloves garlic chopped or minced
- 1 stick butter
- 5 to 6 cups cooked rice
- 2 pounds crawfish tails
- 1 (16 oz) can Rotel green chilis
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese sliced

- 6 large pie shells
- 2 pounds crawfish tails
- 1 pound lump white crabmeat
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups onions
- 1 1/2 cups celery

- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 small container of parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
