- 2 1/2 caramel candies, cut small pieces
- 1/2 Tbs dark or light corn syrup
- 1 large tart apple, cored, and cut into bite-sized pieces
Quick Chicken and Dumplings

- 1/2 cup flour

Gourmet Mushroom Fettuccini

- 1 lb Fettuccini
- 4 oz Specialty mushrooms ( Crimini, Shiitake, Enoki, Oyster)

- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Pine nuts
- 3 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes, softened and minced
Cheesy Corn On The Cob

- 8 ears corn, husks, silks removed
- 3 Tbs reduced-calorie stick margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 4 slices fat-free American cheese
Quick Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Combine evaporated milk and morsels in medium, heavy-duty saucepan
- 1 1/2 cups (12 fluid-ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Corn, Cheddar, and Sun-Dried Tomato Muffins

Preheat the oven to 400 F
- 1/2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 Tbs baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) grated sharp white cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
- 1 1/2 cups warmed whole milk
- 6 oz (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Grilled Apple Curry Chicken

Combine chutney, apple juice, garlic and curry powder in food processor or blender; cover
- 1 (8-oz.) jar Crosse & Bllackwell ® Apple Curry Chutney
- 1/4 cup Libby's® Juicy Juice® Apple Juice
- 2 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (9-oz.) package Buitoni® refrigerated Linguine, prepared according to package directions
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley, optional
Chicken Chili

Over medium-high heat, heat the oil in a large pot
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 cups finely-chopped cooked chicken
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can no-salt-added crushed tomatoes - (28 oz)
- 1 can pinto beans - (15 1/2 oz), rinsed, drained
- 1 can black beans - (15 oz), rinsed, drained
- 1 can chopped jalapeño peppers - (4 oz), drained (or 2 oz for less heat)
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 1 Tbs ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt, (optional)
- Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Quick Hot Cocoa For One

Combine dry milk, sugar and cocoa in mug or cup; stir in boiling water
- 1/2 cup dry NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbs NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
- 1 cup boiling water
- Whipped cream or miniature marshmallows (optional)
