Combo Burgers

Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source
- 1 1/2 lbs combination of lean ground sirloin, lean ground pork, and lean ground veal

- 2 cups to 2-1/2 all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water

Cranberry Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbs canola oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup fresh cranberries

Date & Poppy Seed Pancakes

In mixing bowl, stir together buttermilk, dates, butter and egg to blend well
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup finely chopped dates
- 2 Tbs margarine, melted

Mango Pineapple Granita
