Grandma Violet's Punch

Place all three ingredients in the refrigerator and then when chilled combine all in punch bowl and serve!
- 1 Can (46 oz) Pineapple Juice
- 1 frozen Orange Juice, no water added
- 1/2-3/4 of a 2 Liter 7up
Banana Crumb Muffins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 T Flour
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 T Butter
Amazing Granola

Melt butter in saucepan, mix in honey, brown sugar & cinnamon until blended
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
- 2 T. Cinnamon
- 1 Box of Oatmeal Squares Cereal (it's made by Quaker, and it comes in 3 different kinds, I buy the 'Cinnamon' kind but any of them would be good)
- 4 Cups 1-min. Oatmeal
- 2 Cups Craisens
Orange Rolls

Mix first 4 ingredients when lukewarm add the next 4 ingredients
- Frosting:
- 3/4 Milk, Scalded
- 1/2 Cup Shortening
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Pkg. Yeast (quick-rise) dissolved in 1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 2 T. Orange Rind
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 4 1/2 or 5 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Orange Rind
- 3 T. Orange Juice
Amish Macaroni Salad

1. Cook macaroni according to package
- Dressing:
- 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni (measured uncooked)
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 Cups Mayo
- 3 T. Dill Pickle Relish
- 3 T. Mustard
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons White Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Celery Seed

* Dissolve espresso granules in boiling water; cool
- FROSTING:
- Ingredients
- 2 * 2 tablespoons instant espresso granules
- 1 * 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
- 1-1/4 * 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 2 * 2 eggs
- 1-3/4 * 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 cup milk chocolate toffee bits
- *
- 1 * 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
- 2 * 2 teaspoons instant espresso granules
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup milk chocolate toffee bits
Mandarin Lettuce Salad

Make up the dressing in a small container
- Dressing:
- 1 head of Lettuce, cut up
- Lots of Bacon, fried & crumbled
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 2 T. Sugar
- 2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
- Dash of Salt
- Dash of pepper
Flower Cupcakes

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla or creamy white frosting
- 30 large marshmallows
- Betty Crocker® colored sugar
- Birthday candles, if desired

CUPCAKES Preheat oven to 350°F
- CUPCAKES
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime peel
- 1/4 teaspoon neon-green food coloring
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- FROSTING
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime peel
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sweet Fruit Salad

Cook Pudding together with pineapple & orange juice until it boils and thickens
- 1 Pkg. Vanilla Pudding, regular size
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice*
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 20 oz. Can Pineapple Slices, save juice* and cut
- 1 10oz. jar of Maraschino Cherries, halved
- 1 1/2-2 Bananas
