Savory Potato Salad

- Step 1 - Peel and bake the potatoes for one hour at 350 ℉
- 6 potatoes
- 8 slices of bacon (diced)
- 2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 23 and 1/2 black olives (sliced)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 1 cup of yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup of cabbage (shredded)
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dill
- Ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
Vegetable Cheese Soup - Quick & Easy

In large Dutch over, mix the first 4 ingredients together
- 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 1 Qt. Water
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 Cup Diced Celery
- 2 1/2 Cups Diced Potatoes
- 2 (10 oz) pkg. California medley frozen vegetables
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
Hot & Sour Cabbage Soup

Heat altogether
- 2 T. Soy Sauce
- 2 T. Cider Vinegar
- 2 T. Brown Sugar
- 2 T. Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 head Shredded Cabbage
Creamy Cucumber Salad

Peel & slice cucumbers in 1/2 in thick slices
- 1 medium red onion (roughly diced)
- 2 medium cucumbers (peeled, sliced 1/2 in thick & halved)
- 1/2 green pepper (thinly sliced & cut in 1 in strips)
- 2 large tomatoes (seeds removed & diced)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (more to taste as desired)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
Cheese Potato Soup

Fry bacon. Leave grease in pan, remove bacon for later
- 1/2 lb. Bacon (no substitution – 1/2 butter and 1/4 cup prepared Bacon)
- 6 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs. Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Sharp
- 2 Cups – half & half
- 2/3 Cups Flour
- 5-6 Diced Baked Potatoes (substitute 2 lbs. Hash Browns)
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbs. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Red Pepper (Cayenne)
Prego Easy Skillet Chicken Parm

Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat
- 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Cups Prego Traditional Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Parmesean cheese
- 6 Skinless, boneless Chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
Breakfast Pizza

Spread both crescent rolls onto the bottom of a circular pizza pan
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 rolls Crescent Rolls
- Frozen Hash browns
- Cheddar Cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Parmesan Cheese
Sweet Sausage Rolls

Melt butter, add honey and brown sugar
- One package of Little Smokey's
- 2 tubes of Crescent Rolls (you will use 1 1/2 for a package of little smokey's)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 TBS. honey
- 3 TBS. Brown Sugar
- Chopped Pecans (optional)
