Chocolate, Peanut, Marshmallow Bars

Melt chips and peanut butter in a double broiler mix in the peanuts and marshmallows put in pan, then refrigerate
- 1 Pkg. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ! pkg. Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- I can of peanuts
- 1 Bag of Small Marshmallows
Mac & Cheese (Crock Pot)

Cook and drain noodles. Spray Crock Pot with spray
- 8 oz. Noodles
- 1 lrg. Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Cup Melted Margarine
- 1 Egg – Beaten
- Pepper to taste
- 3 Cups Grated Cheese
Au Gratin Potatoes

Line 9X13 pan with hash browns, Mix all other ingredients except cheese and spoon over top of hash browns
- 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 cup celery soup
- 1/2 cup potato soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10 oz. shredded cheese
Turkey Sausage Bake

Let hash browns thaw on countertop for 2 hours
- 1 - complete package of shredded hash browns
- 2 - entire packages of Eckrich Sausage (fat link and I use the turkey)
- 1 – can cream of cheddar soup
- 1 – can evaporated milk
- Gloves of garlic
De De's BBQ Green Beans

Put 2 cans of Green Beans in Casserole and cover with Mixture – do not stir
- 4 Slices Cut Up Fried Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 T. Worchester Sauce
- Add all above and cook.
Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken

Pour the Olive Oil in the bottom of the slow cooker, add chicken breasts, salt & pepper each chicken breast
- 4-6 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
- 1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar (for gluten-free use White Balsamic Vinegar which doesn't have caramel coloring)
- 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp EACH: dried oregano, basi, and rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- salt & peper to taste

Mix, Heat, and Eat
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 Cups Water
- Green Onions
- Flaked Potatoes – 1 box
- Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 Stick Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
Brown Rice and Chicken Bake

DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 375o Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp
- Ingredients:
- 4 slices Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs (1 1/2 lb)
- 6 carrots, peeled, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thirds
- 1 cup long grain brown rice uncooked
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Kraft Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Three Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia
- 2 green onions, sliced
Cheesy Veggie Soup

- 1 lb. Cheddar Cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- Melt Cheeses with 2 Sticks of Margarine

- 3 Cups Diced Potatoes 1/2 Cup Celery
- 1/2 Cup Onion 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups Milk 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbs. Flour 1 Tbs. Chopped Chives
