- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 C Quinoa
- 2 C Water
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 4 tsp Mint, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped fine
- 1 C Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 C Cucumber, seeded and chopped

- 1/2 C Figs, chopped
- 2/3 C Feta Cheese (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Fig Balsamic Vinegar (optional)

1. Combine flour, herbs, and salt in a large mixing bowl
- 2 1/3 caps whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tablespoon rosemary
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons instant (fast rise) yeast
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 1 cup lukewarm water
Balsamic Blueberry Grilled Cheese Sandwich

1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar and vinegar
- 2 slices of bread (I used sourdough)
- Plenty of white cheese (I used Havarti, but lots of different cheeses would be good! Mozzarella, Monterey, Swiss, or Sharp White Cheddar would be yummy.)
- Fresh spinach or arugala
- 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbs. brown sugar
