- Filling:
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Milk
- 5 Eggs, separated
- 1 bunch Spinach, clean and fresh, chopped, or
- 10 -ounce package Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste

This is a recipe I received from my 4th grade teacher Mrs
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

- 2-8 oz cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Chili Powder

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 1 Head Cabbage
- 3/4 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 3/4 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Rice, Uncooked
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups V-8 Vegetable Juice
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Sour Cream

Never Fail Pickles

Easy dill pickles that pickle themselves in your refrigerator while you sleep!
- Cucumbers
- 4 quarts water
- 1 pint apple cider vinegar
- Fresh dill - I use a lot
- Salt
- Alum
- Garlic - I use about a dozen for each jar
Mom's Beef Stroganoff

Brown the onions and hamburger in a large skillet
- Note:
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 Onion, medium
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Garlic Clove, or 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 4-oz can Mushrooms,(stems and pieces, drained)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2-3 cups Hot Cooked Noodles (or rice)
- Mom used 4-5 cups egg noodles, probably to make it go further
