Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken Thighs

1.Combine first 6 ingredients in a ziploc bag
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 6 tsp honey
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Spicy Thai Noodles

1. Boil noodles. 2. In small saucepan combine oils and red pepper
- 1 box spaghetti/linguini noodles
- 1-2 TBS red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. vege oil
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 -2 TBS honey
- 5 TBS soy sauce
- green onion
- cilantro
- toasted sesame seeds
Nanny's Cookies

- 1 pound crisco
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- cut up cherries
- colored sprinkles
- chocolate sprinkles
- any other topping

1. combine bisquick,sugar and cinnamon and lightly blend with a fork 2
- 2 C bisquick
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 C applesauce
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 C sugar (for topping)
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon (for topping)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
Creamy Chicken Marsala

1. Wash chicken and pat dry
- 2 - 3 chicken breasts, pounded to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thickness
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp evoo
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 C Marsala wine
- 1/2 C low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1/2 C half and half
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Parmesan Cheese Bread

- 1 large loaf Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread, sliced
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3/4 C milk
- 1/2 lb (probably more) melted butter
- 1 large can grated Kraft parmesan cheese
Granola with almond and sunflower seeds and fruit

1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- 3 C oats
- 1/2 C sunflower seeds
- 3/4 C sliced almonds
- 1 C unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 C dried banana chips
- 1/2 C dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, etc)
