Healthy Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Put cranberries, pineapple juice, applesauce and water in a sauce pan and and bring to a boil

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter together until smooth
- 1 /3 cup peanut butter
- 1 /4 cup butter
- 2 /3 cup almond flour
- 1 /3 cup Swerve Sweetener
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 /2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 /4 cup water
- 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Orange & Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Place all the dry ingredients in a mug or a ramekin and combine well
- 2 heaping tbsp almond flour (16 g / 0.6 oz)
- 1 heaping tbsp coconut flour (12 g / 0.4 oz)
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp Erythritol or Swerve (20 g / 0.7 oz)
- 1 large egg, free-range or organic
- 1 tsp fresh organic orange peel or 1/2 tsp dried orange peel or 1/2 tsp unsweetened orange extract
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil or butter, melted
- 3-5 drops liquid stevia (I used orange stevia drops from SweetLeaf)
- 2 small squares 85% dark chocolate or chocolate chips (10 g / 0.4 oz)
- Optional: 2 tbsp whipped cream, coconut milk or full-fat yogurt and a pinch of cinnamon

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Trim bottom of brussels sprouts, and slice each in half top to bottom

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and roughly chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- Tabasco or Sriracha sauce, to taste
