Buffalo Chicken Dip

Boil chicken until done - shred
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 ½ cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 ½ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1/2 ½ cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
Sesame Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp whole wheat flour flour
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds (you can also use all regular)

Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray
- 1 lb. mini sweet peppers (about 22-24 peppers)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 t seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 C shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 lbs fresh green beans, rinsed & trimmed
- 3 lg tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp sugar

- 12 egg roll wrappers (buy the ones that are roughly 4" x 4" square)
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (6 ounces)
- 1/2- 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup broccoli slaw or coleslaw (dry)
- Blue cheese dressing, for serving
Nutter Butter Banana Pudding

Filling: Combine milk and pudding in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer
- 1 container of Nutter Butter cookies
- 3 Bananas, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box instant french vanilla pudding
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 oz container of cool whip

- 4 oz salted butter
