Melt butter in a skillet. Cook onion and garlic in melted butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 85 g fine egg or rice noodles
- 300 g fresh stir-fry vegetables
- 85 g mushrooms (any type), halved or sliced
- 100 g skinless roast chicken, torn into shreds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
