- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Boil chicken breasts and shred meat from bone
- 5 ea Chicken breast halves
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese sharp
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 16 ounces Blue cheese dressing chunky style
- 12 ounces Hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
- 2 stalks Celery finely chopped

- 0.5 cup salted butter
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 lb shrimp

- 1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Whole Wheat Four Cheese Ravioli
- 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Buffalo Wing Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 lb. ground chicken
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tbsp. pepper
- 3 tbsp. Frank’s Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Frank’s Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
- 1 part light mayonnaise
- 1 part light sour cream
- 1 part crumbled blue cheese
- 1 part buttermilk
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste

- 1 (16oz) pkc. dried green split peas, rinsed
- 1 meaty hambone, 2 ham hocks or 2cups sliced ham

- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 1/4 pounds smoked turkey legs or thighs
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Essence, recipe follows

- 2 cups chopped onion
