- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 cup white sugar

Banana Trifle

- 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant banana pudding mix
- 1 quart cold milk
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) package prepared pound cake, cubed
- 1/2 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers (such as Nilla®), crushed

Preheat oven to 375F. Cream together butter and sugars, about 3 minutes
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp ground sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate covered sunflower seeds, unsalted(see note)

- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter

- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 6 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium shallots, minced
- 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto di Parma, minced
- 4 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, plus extra for garnish
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Pernod
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko
- 6 tablespoons dry white wine
- 2 pound fresh bay scallops
- Lemon, for garnish

- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 (4-ounce) bar white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- For Deep-Fried Rolls:
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 30 Oriental spring roll wrappers
- 1 (4-ounce) bar semisweet chocolate, chopped
- Powdered sugar, as needed
- 8-ounce chocolate sauce in squirt bottle, for garnish
- Whipped cream, for garnish

Line a 13-in. x 9-in. pan with foil and grease the foil with butter; set aside
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water, divided
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: melted chocolate, hot fudge and/or caramel ice cream topping
- Optional garnishes: baking cocoa, confectioners' sugar, crushed assorted candies, chopped nuts, colored sugars and/or sprinkles
