Bar Pan Pampered Chef Hummingbird Cake (You won’t believe how good this is!!!!)
- Preheat oven to 350. Spritz bar pan with oil. Combine in large bowl: 3 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon. Then hand mix in 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil & 3 beaten eg
- 1 package cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) THIS IS SO DELICIOUS!
Florentine Beef Casserole

Brown ground beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano in olive oil in heavy frying pan over medium to high heat
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- large rigotoni noodles
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 4 oz sliced Mozzarella or Jack cheese
Grilled Pork Chops w. mustard herb sauce and sweet potato fries

1. Add mustard and olive oil to large ziplock bag and add pork chops
- Pork Chops:
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 pork chop loins
- Mustard Herb Sauce:
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 c fresh basil chopped (opional)
- Sweet Potato fries:
- 3 sweet potatoes peeled and sliced like fries
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
