Crack 3 eggs in a bowl and beat
- Sesame Coating:
- 20 Chicken Wings or Drummettes
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons of coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup of fresh bread crumbs
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
German Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in center of oven
- 4 ounces (120 grams) semi sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 1/4 cups (270 grams) cake flour
- 3/4 cups (60 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder (dutch process)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) hot coffee or boiling water
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- COCONUT PECAN FROSTING
- 1 1/4 cups pecans
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk (can also use light or heavy cream)
- 3 large egg yolks lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 tsp pure vailla extract

- 1 LB crabmeat, fresh or frozen
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup melted fat
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 TBLSP chopped parsley
- 2 tsp salt-USE LESS

- 1/4 cup warm water (110 to 115F)
- 1/4 cup warm whole milk (110-115F)
- 3 tsp active dry yeast (measured from two 1/4 ounce envelopes)
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flout
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs, room temp
- 3 TBLSP sugar
- 12 tablespoons 1 and 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 large egg beaten to blend with 1 tsp water for glaze.

- 1 3 pound boneless center cut pork loin , trimmed and tied
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 3 clovers garlic, smashed
- 3 sprigs fresh sage
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken borth, homemade or low sodium
- 1-2 TBLS whole grain mustard
- 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter diced and chilled

Layer the potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in a 5 qut slow cooker
- 1-1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 medium onion, coarsley chopped
- 3 TABLSPOONS all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3 TABLESPOONS vegetable oil
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp browning sauce
