Bread machine bread sticks

In bread machine pan, place the first nine ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water (70° to 80°)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon minced fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Crockpot Garlic Smashed Red Potatoes

Place cut up potatoes in crockpot
- 3 pounds red potatoes -- cut up
- 4 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package Boursin cheese -- softened
- 1/2 cup milk -- more if needed
Spicy Crispy Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 6 each chicken breasts, boneless-skinless
- 1 each egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, ground
Crockpot Herbed Artichoke Chicken

Combine all ingredients in crockpot
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts -- boned and skinned
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes -- drained
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts in water -- drained
- 1 small onion -- chopped
- 1/2 cup kalamata olive -- pitted and sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes) -- chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Quick Tomato Sauce

In large saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil
- 2 cans (15 oz) no-salt-added crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
- pinch each salt and crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Angels on Horseback- broiled bacon wrapped oysters

The "angels" can be assembled ahead of time and kept in fridge covered with plastic wrap
- 24 medium-size or small fresh (live) oysters, shucked and drained*
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Coarse salt
- Freshly-ground black pepper
- Hot sauce or Tabasco sauce (to taste)
- 12 slices lean thin-cut bacon, cut in half**
- 24 buttered toast rounds (optional)
- Lemon wedges
- precook bacon in microwave or in skillet until it becomes a little firm but can still be wrapped around the oysters

1. To make syrup: Combine jam and 4 TBS of Grand Marnier in bowl
- 12 ounces red raspberry jam, seedless
- 6 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 4 egg yolks, whole
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 ounces mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 30 savoiardi
- powdered sugar
- 16 ounces fresh red raspberries
Reuben Bake

1. Grease 9x13x3 pan. spread bread slices lightly with mustard
- 1 1/2 pounds Deli Corned beef, shaved
- 8 slices Rye or Pumpernickel bread
- 1 Dijon or other prepared mustard
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 pounds sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sweet white wine
- 6 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 2 shakes ground nutmeg
- cayenne pepper
Hot and Sour Soup in Pressure Cooker

Prepared in Cuisinart electric pressure cooker
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 10 ounces extra firm tofu drained
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 8 ounces thin sliced boneless pork chop trimmed and cut into 1 x 1/8 inch strips
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cold water
- 1 large egg
- 1 5 ounce can sliced water chestnuts drained and halved
- 1 5 ounce can sliced bamboo shoots drained and julienned
- 1 15 ounce can broken straw mushrooms drained and rinsed
- dried chile peppers to taste
- 5 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili oil
- 1 teaspoon white pepper (or to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons rice vinegar and/or sherry vinegar
Rice, Black Bean, and Feta Salad

- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 package (4 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
