- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

- 2 Tbsp. milk

- 3/4 tsps Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated scallions or onions

- 1/2 cup Mixed dehydrated pepper (red, yellow, green)

- 1/4 cup Powdered milk
- 2/3 cups Flour

- diced 1/2 white onion,
- chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro,
- chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ear corn (about 6 oz canned)
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- juice of 1/2 lime

- A little flour (self rising or plain, doesn’t matter)
- corn meal
- season all

- oil for frying

Cappuccino Mix Sugar Free

Mix all together and store in airtight container
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 Cup powdered coffee creamer
- 1 * 1 C no sugar added chocolate drink mix (I used Nesquik)
- 2/3 * 2/3 C instant coffee granules
- 1/2 * 1/2 C splenda
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 * 1/4 tsp nutmeg (if you don’t like nutmeg, use more cinnamon)
