Butterscotch Drop Scones

Preheat oven to 400°F. Sift all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into medium bowl
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, diced
- 1 cup butterscotch chips (about 6 ounces)
- 1/2 cup (or more) chilled whipping cream
- 1 large egg
Wanda Bars (Double Chocolate Oreo Bars)

These are so easy - a little bit of chocolate heaven
- 16 ounces Oreo cookies-1 box
- 3 ⁄4 cup margarine, melted
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (Borden, Carnation)-only use 3/4
- 12 ounces mini chocolate chips, divided
Party Punch

Mix all ingredients well, using a lot of ice to dilute the strength
- 1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1 6 ounce can frozen pineapple juice, thawed
- 1 6 ounce can lemonade, thawed
- 1 pint cranberry juice
- 2 1/2 pints water
- 2 quarts ginger ale
Spinach-and-Cheese Puff

- 3 pkgs, 10 oz each, frozen chopped spinach, thawed and
- squeezed
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely grated gruyere cheese (6 oz)
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

- 9 eggs separated - Med (if using extra large use 7)
- 1 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 1/8 cups flour - sift with
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 4 1/2 tbsp. very strong coffee (not coffee granules)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Filling
- 12 to 16 ounce container cool whip with 2 caps of maple extract or more to suit taste
- or
- 1 pint heavy cream (whipped with 2 tsp maple extract and 6 to 8 tbsp. confectioners sugar

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cold butter
- 1 cup vanilla or white chips
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Peach Crumb Pie

Directions Heat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 5 large, ripe but firm peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (3 pounds)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
