Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 teas Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teas Baking Powder
- 1/2 teas Baking Soda
- 1/2 teas Salt
- 1 pkg (11.5 oz) Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)

Brown and drain the ground beef and onion
- 1 lb ground Beef
- 1 sm Onion chopped
- 1 15oz can Chili Pinto Beans (mild)
- 1 10oz can diced Tomato with Chilies
- 1 15oz can Chili - no beans
- 1 pint Sour Cream (fat free)
- 1 lb Velvetta cubed
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 teas Garlic
- 1/2 teas Cayenne Pepper (if desired)
- Tortilla Chips or Fritos

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. COMBINE crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) Nestle swirled Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Morsels, divided
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs

- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar (to sprinkle on towel)
- 3/4 Cup flour
- 1/2 teas. baking powder
- 1/2 teas ground cloves

- 2/3 Cup pumpkin - canned
- 1 Pkg 8 oz Cream cheese
- 6 Tbls Butter/Margarine - softened
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teas. baking soda
- 1/2 teas. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar -sifted
- 1 teas. vanilla

- 1.73 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and poached (see Tip)(also, I added 1/4 can diet coke and 1/4 cup Katsup)
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed
- 1 large vine-ripened tomato, or 2 plum tomatoes, cored and diced (or medium salsa)
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar, or cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced fresh carrots
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) condensed beef broth, undiluted or 3 beef bouillon cubes plus 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
