- 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Moms Famous Chocolate Cake

Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes (until set, but not hard on top) Let cool in pan for 5-8 minutes before turning out
- Add:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (chocolate fudge or chocolate; Not devil’s food)
- l/3 cup oil
- l/3 cup cold water
- 16 oz. carton sour cream
- 4 eggs
- Mix these together very well. It will be thick.
- 2 (7 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- Now it’s even thicker. Blend well
- Spoon into greased or sprayed bundt pan
