1. Dredge beef cubes in flour until evenly coated
- 2 * 2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 * 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 * 1 onion, chopped
- 4 * 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 * 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 * 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 * 2 bay leaves
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 * 4 cups water
- 4 * 4 beef bouillon cubes

- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 * 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 * 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 * 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 * 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 1/4 * 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 * 1 egg

- 2 * 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 * 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2-3 * 2-3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 * 1 cup pumpkin puree

Great Grandpa Herrin's Thanksgiving Stuffing

(Grandma Patty's Dad)
- Ingredients:
- 3-4 loaves of dried bread
- Turkey neck & giblets if desired
- Turkey drippings
- 1/2 - 1 bunch of celery (cubed)
- 1 onion (diced)
- Sage to taste (quite a bit actually)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk (mix with eggs)
- Day or two before:
- Lay bread out to dry turning over occasionally.
- When dry break bread into small pieces, omit heels.
Mac & Cheese "Muffins"

Not really muffins, just made in muffin tin!
- 3 * 3 cups milk
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 6 * 6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 * 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Tzatziki Sauce

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- (or garlic powder)

- 1 (16 oz.) can pureed pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package chocolate chips
Favorite Banana Bread
