- 1 package (12 ounces) white mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon cold water
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

In large skillet that has a lid: cook and stir bacon on medium-high heat for 2 mins
- 3 slices bacon coarsely chopped or pancetta
- 1 pkg. frozen pearl onions, thawed (can use repared fresh pearl onions)
- 1 container fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 boneles sking chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth/stock
- 1/4 cups balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, and olive oil, undrained
- 2 bay leaves
