Creamy Apple Coleslaw

• 1 pkg coleslaw mix
• 1/2 diced gr. pepper
• 1 c. diced apple
• 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
• 1/3 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp celery seeds
• 2 tbs milk

Step 1

Combine coleslaw mix with peppers, apple and walnuts. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients, adding more milk if needed to get the consistence you like. Add the dressing to the slaw and mix well.
