Langostino & Avocado Salad

Langostino are hard to find fresh, but you can find them frozen at Trader Joe's. In addition to the Langostinos, this salad features fresh greens with avocado, onions, tomatoes, all topped off with a balsamic vinegar dressing. Enjoy!
