10 Minute chicken breast vacuum speed brine

Everyone knows brining can greatly enhance maintaining moistness and adding deep all the way through flavor. But it takes time and evenings after work time is short! Well I've used vacuum marinating steaks etc. for decades and it hit me the other night, why not brining too. (some people are slower than others Embarrassed )
