Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce
- 8 or 9 inch pie shell
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 pkg of sausage from a tube
- 1 c. shredded colby jack
- 3 slices of swiss cheese, torn in pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Bake crust at 400 for 9 minutes or till light golden brown. Wehn done turn oven to 350. Cook sausage, bacon and onion til brown. Drain any fat. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, dry mustard and hot sauce til combined. Place sausage mixture in pie shell. cover edge of the pie shell with foil so the shell does not over brown. Place on a cookie sheet lined with foil in case it spills over. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min til golden brown and when a knife inserted comes out clean.
