Apple Pudding

Ingredients
- 16 medium size McIntosh apples, peeled, cored and diced (or Jonathon apples)
- 2 Tbs. tapioca
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- zest of 1 small lemon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Crumb Topping
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together pie ingredients and put into a greased 9" x 13" dish.
Crumb together the crumb topping ingredients and spread on top of apples.
Bake at 375° until apples are done and bubble up through crust. (appx 1 hour)
