Ingredients

16 medium size McIntosh apples, peeled, cored and diced (or Jonathon apples)
2 Tbs. tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
zest of 1 small lemon
3/4 cup sugar
Crumb Topping
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together pie ingredients and put into a greased 9" x 13" dish.

Crumb together the crumb topping ingredients and spread on top of apples.

Bake at 375° until apples are done and bubble up through crust. (appx 1 hour)
