- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 yellows
- 2 whites whipped till peaked

Step 1
1. Mix flour and sugar.
2. Add zest and lemon juice, milk butter and yellows. Mix well.
3. Incorporate whites.
4. Pour in a buttered cocotte and place in hot water.
5. Bake 350 for 45-60 minutes.
