Corn Cheese Casserole

This recipes originates from Women's Day about 1973

Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn, 17 oz
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix corn, eggs, cheddar cheese, olives, salt and pepper. Put in greased shallow 1 quart baking dish, sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 25 mins or until set.
