Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baking potatoes, chunked
  • 1/4 cup Ken's ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup real bacon pieces
  • 1 tblspn dried dill weed
  • 1/4 cup shredded colby/jack cheese
  • 3 green onions, washed and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ranch dressing, dill, cheese and bacon. Add potatoes. You can salt & pepper to taste. Mix. (You can add the green onions also or leave for topping if someone in your family doesn't like onions)

Spoon into a greased baking dish. Cover with tin foil.

Bake at 350 for 60 min.. Stir gently halfway through for proper browning. Remove foil & raise temp to 400 for 15 more minutes. You can top with some more cheese to make it extra cheesy.
