Ingredients
- 4 potatoes sliced 1/8 in thick
- 6 tenderized boneless porkloin cutlets 1/4 in thick
- 12 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 onion sliced 1/4 in thick
- 4 cups grated cheese
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
layer 1/2 of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased 9x13 casserole dish. add salt & pepper
drizzle each layer with a little olive oil
next layer the 6 pork cutlets on top of potatoes
season with garlic salt and pepper
add sliced mushrooms on top
Add 1/2 of the cheese over this layer
then add 1/2 potatoes add salt & pepper
add sliced onions on top
top with grated cheese
cover with foil and bake at 375 1 hr
