Seafood - Tuna Noodle Casserole

bread crumbs can be blown all over the inside of the dome, cover with parchment for first 5 mins or so
Optional add-ins:
clove of garlic (cut up fine), 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, and a dash of Tabasco.

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 6 ounces cooked egg noodles
- 1/2 cup of peas or green beans
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook egg noodles, drain, rinse and reserve.
2. In medium bowl add tuna, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, peas or green beans, and egg noodles.
3. Place mixture in 8x8 inch square pan or 10-inch baking pan. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs. Place on 1-inch rack and bake for 20-22 minutes. If cheese and breadcrumbs are too brown, cover with foil or parchment. (Overhang is ok)
Let casserole cool for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
