No Bake orange Cheesecake

We transformed a normally calorie-laden dessert into a go-ahead goodie with only 282 calories and 13 grams of fat for every reich, creamy slice....from "Woman's World Magazine."

Ingredients
- 20 gingersnap cookies
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T butter, melted
- 6-7 , 1/4" thick, orange slices, halved
- 1 ent, 1/4oz, unflavored gelatin
- 1 cont, 6 oz, frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, at room temperature
- 3 packages, 8 oz each, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, at room temp.
- 1 can, 14 oz, fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 T grated orange zest
- 1 cont, 8 oz, thawed frozen lite wipped topping
- Additional topping and orange slices, halved, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Coat 8" springform pan with cooking spray. In food processor, process cookies and suga until crumbs form. Stir in butter and 1 T water; press into bottom of pan. Arrance orange slice halves against side of pan. In small microwave safe bowl., sprinkle geletin over OJ concentrate; let stand 5 minutes to soften. Microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. On medium-high speed, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until fluffy. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Fold in zest and topping; spread over crust. Cover and chilll at least 6 hours. Run knife around top edge of pan and remove side of pan. If desired, garnish with additional ropping and orange slices.
