Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 med onion, chopped, brown with meat
  • Add
  • 1 (16oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz) can italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 )16oz) cans pinto beans
  • 1 (16oz) can your favorite chili
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 TBS cumin
  • Simmer 45 minutes
  • Add
  • 1 (16oz) velvetta cheese
  • 1 (16oz) sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In large dutch oven, brown meat with onion

Add
tomotoes, pinto beans, chili and spices
Simmer 30-40 min

Add 1 (16oz) velveta cheese
1 (16oz) sour cream

Ready to served when all married together
Serve over fritos
